BREXIT - There is also a BREXIT impact on the speed with which items can be obtained from Brother, when the items are located in their main parts warehouse in Germany.  We try to keep as many items in stock here as possible but may get caught out, from time to time, when our orders are held up in customs for longer than is usual

The following delivery information applies only to goods available for purchase in the UK from the brothermachines.com website via C & A Supply Co. Ltd.

All orders over £30 goods value (UK Sterling) are delivered free of charge; with orders under £30 attracting a £2.50 charge.  Machines and other items of 5kg or more in weight are delivered via a next working day, signed for service (except sewing machine cabinets, which are built to order).   We cannot currently guarantee same day dispatch for any orders.  You will receive a non-automated confirmation, with an estimated delivery schedule if your order is not dispatched immediately.

Accessories and other small items are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 and may or may not require a signature (subject to package contents).   

If you are ordering machines or large items likely to be dispatched by carrier, please make sure there will be someone available at your address to receive the delivery.  If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us prior to placing any order.

UK Offshore Addresses & Scottish Highlands

We currently dispatch to these destinations at no additional cost but extended delivery schedules are likely to apply. 

We aim to keep as many of the products available on our site as possible in stock for immediate dispatch.  However, from time to time, some items may be out of stock or be temporarily unavailable.  We will quote as realistic a delivery schedule as we can when confirming your order and will always attempt to update you if additional information comes to light.  We do therefore appreciate orders displaying both email and telephone contact details, so that we can make sure customers are kept well informed - if you have typed your email address incorrectly for example and not provided a telephone number, we will have no way of contacting you quickly in the event of there being a problem with your order.  Please rest assured that we do not use personal information for any reason other than processing orders and providing related information.  For full details on data handling, please refer to the privacy policy section via the link at the foot of this page.

Goods Not Received

If your order has not been received by the anticipated date, please let us know as soon as possible.  Please note that small items dispatched by post can not be deemed lost until 14 days from date of dispatch and we will be unable to issue replacements before this time has elapsed.  You should be informed how your goods have been sent at the time of dispatch.
