Due to ongoing postal worker strikes, small orders dispached via Royal Mail are inevitably taking longer than usual to arrive. We have no control over this and no cost-effective alternative for small parts/accessory orders
A next working day service via DPD is available but there will be an extra cost applicable and this will depend on the size and type of any order placed. If you would like to upgrade any order, please contact us with your requirements, so we can advise on the extra cost involved

NB - There is a BREXIT impact on the speed with which items can be obtained from Brother, when the items are located in their main parts warehouse in Germany. We try to keep as many items in stock here as possible but may get caught out, from time to time, when our orders are held up in customs for longer than is usual

Machines & Accessories
UK
All orders over £35 goods value (UK Sterling) are delivered free of charge; with orders under £35 attracting a £3.95 charge. Machines and other items of 5kg or more in weight that are available from stock, are delivered via a next working day, signed for service (except sewing machine cabinets, which are built to order). Orders received Monday-Friday by 2.00pm are usually dispatched same day; orders received at weekends are usually dispatched the following Monday (all subject to stock availability).
Please note that some models may be supplied direct from distributor's central warehouse and this can result in delivery schedules being extended by a day or two.
Accessories and other small items are dispatched via RM48 and may or may not require a signature (subject to package contents).
If you are ordering machines or large items likely to be dispatched by carrier, please make sure there will be someone available at your address to receive the delivery. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us prior to placing any order.

We currently dispatch to these destinations at no additional cost but extended delivery schedules may apply.

Delivery Schedules
We aim to keep as many of the products available on our site as possible in stock for immediate dispatch. However, from time to time, some items may be out of stock or be temporarily unavailable. We will quote as realistic a delivery schedule as we can when confirming your order and will always attempt to update you if additional information comes to light. We do therefore appreciate orders displaying both email and telephone contact details, so that we can make sure customers are kept well informed - if you have typed your email address incorrectly for example and not provided a telephone number, we will have no way of contacting you quickly in the event of there being a problem with your order. Please rest assured that we do not use personal information for any reason other than processing orders and providing related information. Goods Not Received
If your order has not been received by the anticipated date, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that small items dispatched by post can not be deemed lost until 14 days from date of dispatch and we will be unable to issue replacements before this time has elapsed. You should be informed how your goods have been sent at the time of dispatch.
