Unprecedented weather affects large parts of the UK
Severe weather conditions are continuing to impact our parcel collection and delivery services today throughout the UK.
A red weather warning is still in place for Scotland, and this morning The Met Office have issued another red weather warning for South Wales and the South West of England, which means there is a risk to life and immediate action should be taken.
Due to the particularly adverse weather conditions we're experiencing in Scotland, the North East of England, Cumbria and Yorkshire, we have taken the decision to cancel all collections in these areas for 1 March 2018.
Driver safety is of paramount importance to us and if weather conditions continue to deteriorate, we may need to cancel collections in other parts of the UK.
You can review those postcodes affected with our live update service here:
If we have your customers contact details, we will keep them updated on the status of their delivery.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as and when necessary.
