So, we've had a long hard think about how we can make purchasing goods from us even more worry free and have decided to offer an improved time-frame for you to be able to return items for refund or exchange
We know only too well how much of a mine-field it can be when shopping on the internet. We've always wanted our customers to be fully satisfied with anything they part with their hard-earned cash for and we also have every confidence in the products we supply. As a result, we are now improving our returns policy to allow items to be returned to us within 60 days of purchase, with a few sensible caveats, as detailed below:
If the item is faulty, or not as advertised, then we will of course cover the cost of returning any goods to us. Items returned to us, that are not faulty or incorrectly supplied, are at the purchaser's expense and (if a full refund is to be applied) must be in a resellable condition, with all original packaging and/or accessories/free gifts included at the time of the original purchase. We reserve the right to levy charges against any refund if we find that this is not the case.
As we've said before, we just want you, the customer, to be happy and we will do all we can to achieve this outcome!
